Delivery


When will I receive my order?


It usually takes 3 to 7 working days to process an order before it can be shipped. The shipping time depends on your location, but it can be estimated :


  • United States: 3 - 4 business days

  • Europe: 6 - 8 working days

  • Australia: 2 - 14 business days

  • Japan: 4 - 8 business days

  • International: 10 - 20 working days


It is difficult to predict shipping times, but a tracking link will be sent to you by email so you can track your order, and see when it will be delivered. 


Where will my order be shipped from?


We work with an on-demand fulfillment company with facilities around the world !


Will customs fees be added?


Additional customs and tax fees may be charged for international orders. These charges are beyond our control and will be charged by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, we can’t predict it. So please check with your local customs office directly if they apply any duties and taxes to your purchases.


My order should have arrived, but I still haven't received it.


Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following verifications :


  • Check your shipping confirmation email to be sure there is no error in the shipping address


  • Ask your local post office to know if they have your package


  • Visit your neighbors in case the postman has left them the package.


If the shipping address is correct and the package has not been dropped off at the post office or at your neighbor's, you can email us at [email protected] mentioning (ou indicating comme tu préf) your order number.


If you find an error in your shipping address, we may send you a replacement order, but you will be charged the shipping cost.


Orders


How are your products made?


We work with a print-on-demand products distributor. Which is implanted all over the world, so depending on your location, your orders are printed and shipped from the site that can do it most efficiently (on peut juste dire sinon “...your orders will be printed and shipped by the clothest one, for a more efficient delivery”).


How can I track my order?


You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If you have any questions regarding the tracking or shipping of your order, email us at [email protected].


I received a wrong / damaged product, what should I do?


We are very sorry if the product you ordered has arrived damaged. To help us resolve this issue quickly, please email us at [email protected]  within weeks with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details that can help us to help you with this issue. 


Returns


What is your return policy ?


We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is a problem with your order, please let us know by contacting us at [email protected] and we’ll respond to you as soon as we can !


Do you offer refunds?


Refunds are only offered to customers who receive wrong or damaged items. If you are concerned, please contact us at  [email protected] sending us photos of the damaged items and we will do our best to refund you as soon as possible.





Can I exchange an item for a different size / color?


For now, we do not offer exchanges. If you have a doubt about the best size for you, take a look at our size guides: we have one for each item listed on our store. You can find it in the product description section. 

Although this is rare, it is possible that an item you ordered is incorrectly labeled. If so, please let us know at [email protected] within a week of receiving your order. Fill in your order number and photos of the mislabelled item, and we'll send you a new one, or refund your money !
